Ingredients:

  • 2 sweet potatoes

  • 3 eggs

  • 1 tea spoon of cinnamon

  • Some honey or jam with no added sugar

Instructions:

Boil and then grind two sweet potatoes. Once the sweet potatoes have become a puree - add the eggs and mix well. Once thoroughly mixed add the cinnamon. Your mixture is now ready to cook! To cook your mixture use a non-stick frying pan for 4 minutes each side. You can serve your pancakes with honey or with some jam without added sugar.
