The most hearty and tasty salad with green apples! Haven’t you tried it yet?

A salad with tricolore pasta, melted cheese and green vegetables

We usually choose salads as an accompaniment or as a lighter meal. This hearty salad combines green apples with green vegetables. Green pepper and arugula are two green vegetables with many health benefits! I really loved this salad when I tried it - not only because it is a healthy and hearty salad but also because it is so easy to prepare and gives me lots of energy. Really, haven't you tried it yet?

Ingredients

  • 1 green apple.

  • 2 green peppers.

  • 200 gr of tricolore pasta.

  • Some arugula.

  • 3 slices of turkey.

  • 3 slices of yellow cheese.

  • 1 table spoon dry grated anari cheese.

Instructions for your tricolore pasta:

  1. In a saucepan, add some water and a little salt. Wait a few minutes for the water to boil and then add the tricolore pasta. When the tricolore pasta is ready remove it from the heat and put it in a pan.

  2. Cut the turkey and the yellow cheese into small pieces and put them in the pan with the tricolore pasta.

  3. Stir your pasta with the turkey, dry grated anari and cheese. Optionally, place the pasta with your cheese and turkey for 2-3 minutes in the microwave (the cheese will start to melt).

  4. Leave pasta for a few minutes to cool.

Procedure for the salad:

  1. Wash your vegetables well (peppers, arugula) and cut them in a bowl.

  2. Wash the green apple and remove its peel.

  3. Cut the apple in small pieces and put it in the pan with the tricolore pasta.

  4. Add your cut pepper and arugula into the same pan you put the apple and the tricolore pasta.

  5. Mix all the ingredients together.
